The Easter Egg Hunt was held Saturday Mar 30, 2024

The Garage Sale was held May 18, 2024

Some homeowners open their sale the previous day/evening to other AHP homeowners. The Social Committee will advertise on various media platforms, but we suggest you post the date on your social media accounts as well.

The Arrowhead Point picnic was held Saturday, July 13, 2024.  The weather was perfect, the hot dogs were delicious, the side dishes were numerous and the desserts were yummy! A special thanks to Patty Gerstenberer, Mindy Reed, Rebecca O'Bryan and all the volunteers!

The annual Neighborhood Inspection by the Architectural Committee was completed Monday, April 22

The board has notified the affected homeowners of the CC&R issues that were identified (issues include fence repairs, house trim/vents/chimney painting & repair, trees and visible garbage containers). An issue that was noticed were weeds along the street curbs. Members are reminded to keep their curbs clear, and to spruce up their lawns and landscaping.
